Condition of Returns To be eligible, the toy must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return Shipping The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
